Ingredients
1/2 pound ( 2 cups ) chicken thighs chopped in pieces as shown
1 tsp chilli powder
1/2 tsp ginger garlic paste
1/2 tsp salt or as needed
1/4 tsp lime juice
2 pinches garam masala powder ( optional )
2 pinches red food color
oil to fry
How to make Chicken 65 roastTo the chicken pieces mix all other ingrediants except oil and soak them for atleast 1 hr. Then deep fry them in oil till the color becomes as shown and cooked. Yummy chicken roast is ready.
