
Ingredients:
1½ cups - boiled and mashed potatoes
1/4 cup - boiled peas,u can use frozen one also directly
½ cup - finely chopped french beans
½ cup - finely chopped carrots
½ cup - spinach (palak) leaves, torn into pieces
2 tbsp - chopped coriander
2 tbsp - chopped green chillies
1 tbsp - chopped ginger
2 tsp - fresh breadcrumbs
a few drops of green color (optional)
a few drops of lemon juice
salt to taste
oil for deep frying
Method to prepare Hariyali Kabab
1. Mix all the ingredients except the oil and divide into 8 equal portions.
2. Shape each portion into a round and press the round lightly to make flat kebabs. Put it on bread crumbs.
3. Deep-fry the kebabs in hot oil till they are golden brown.
Drain on absorbent paper.
Serve hot
